Important Information
Our Sanitising Protocol

- Nail and foot files are sanitised or disposed of after every client.

- All equipment including massage bed, pedicure spa, manicure bowl will be will be cleaned with medical grade cleaning solution after every client.

- All metal equipment including nail implements, tweezers, scissors will be cleaned in Barbocide solution after each use.

- Towels will be either covered with disposable sheets or washed after each client.

Cancellation Policy 

Appointments that are cancelled, depending on the time frame, are subject to the following charges:

- More than 24 hours notice is free on charge.

- Within 24 hours will have a charge of 100%.

 

This will need to be paid before your next appointment can be made.

Mobile Appointments

- Mobile is only available when you spend a minimum of £35 on treatments.

-There will be an extra £5 charge on top of treatments for mobile appointments.

Gift Vouchers

- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date.

- Gift vouchers are non-refundable. 

Treatments

- Treatments prices can be changed without notice.

New Clients

- A patch test will be required 24 hours before your treatment.

- Applies for all new clients having the following treatments: lash lift, brow lamination, lash tint and brow tint.

Age Requirement

- If a client is 16 years or younger they will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times including during the treatment.

- The accompanying adult will need to fill out the appropriate consent forms.

Deposits

Deposits are made to secure services and dates. When a deposit is made it's set for the intention to purchase the remainder of the treatment/s and cannot be refunded. 

- Applies for pamper parties, group bookings or large bookings.
